A friend of mine provided me with lots of hand-me-downs when our twins were born. She has family in Europe and many of the European infant sleepers had zippers! One zip and all done! Fabulous. No fumbling with snaps or getting the snaps off by one or two and having to redo. No ten minutes of wresting, just < 1 seconds of zip-zip. I have no idea if this is a general European thing, or just my friend's sister choice in infant sleepers, but these were by far our favorites.
