The Beauty of Spring

I was inspired by Monday's run, as grueling as it was, to take some pictures of the natural beauty in these parts. Here is a picture of the gravel path with my walking companions up ahead of me (as usual):



The redbuds are so prolific at this time of year. I am always amazed at all the pink that I see everywhere I look. It's hard to remember this when everything is just green.



As we neared a fork in the path, I took a picture of the road less taken (i.e., the one we did not take). It is beautiful out there!
